These Terms of Service govern your use of the SUAG Innovations website and the services we provide. By requesting a quote, making a booking or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

All prices shown publicly are starting points ("from") and are provisional until confirmed in a written quote. A formal quote prepared for your event sets out the agreed scope and price. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Bookings and deposits

A booking is confirmed once you accept your quote and pay any agreed deposit. Deposits secure your date and are applied to your final balance. Payment terms and any balance due are set out in your invoice.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Specific rescheduling and cancellation terms — including how deposits are treated — are set out in your booking confirmation.

Media and intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, SUAG Innovations retains ownership of the creative and technical work we produce, and you receive the rights to use the deliverables for the purposes agreed. We may showcase selected work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details and timely access to the venue.
• Obtain any permissions required at your venue or event.
• Ensure a safe working environment for our team and equipment.

Liability

We take great care in delivering your event. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
